A South Korean game development company, Wemade announced Friday that WEMIX3.0, Wemade’s mainnet, will officially launch on June 15th through a global showcase.

According to Wemade, they already revealed the global showcase schedule and teaser page for WEMIX3.0 on May 6th. The global showcase will include detailed information about WEMIX3.0, as well as the stablecoin, WEMIX Dollar, which can be used in tandem with WEMIX within the WEMIX ecosystem. Wemade said that WEMIX will be elevated as the native coin of the mainnet.

WEMIX3.0, a platform-driven and service-oriented ecosystem, will present three main key points of the platform: WEMIX PLAY(game), NILE(DAO&NFT), DeFi. 

First, the global blockchain gaming platform, WEMIX, will be renewed to WEMIX PLAY, a WGC(WEMIX Game Chain) based gaming platform. This transformation will create an even more dynamic ecosystem within the platform. 

Second, NILE(NFT Is Life Evolution) is a DAO(Decentralized Autonomous Organization) platform. With the Neith protocol, influencers can recruit members and raise funds and assets to realize their ideas. 

Lastly, the WEMIX DeFi(Decentralized Finance) service will be upgraded to an on-chain DeFi platform, which can help store, exchange, borrow, pay and invest in crypto assets.
